Que Bo it’s the proposal of confectionery by chef José Ramón Castillo, who was inspired by the Mexican flavors and colors to craft chocolates and truffles in an artisanal way. José Ramón was recognized in 2011 by the Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food (Sagarpa) as the main exponent of cocoa and Mexican chocolate.
